Kaney Aerospace Procures BVR Technologies from Esterline
ROCKFORD, Ill. March 29:-Kaney Aerospace, an engineering, production
and expertise company serving Tier 1 and airframe key producers, revealed the accomplishment
of its procurement of BVR Technologies Co. from Esterline Corporation.
The merged company will function as Kaney Aerospace with workers
of above 120 workforces chiefly in Rockford, Illinois, with yearly transactions
above $20 million to the aerospace and medical equipment industries. Kaney
Aerospace considers industry frontrunners for example Boeing, Embraer, GE
Aviation, Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, Sikorsky, Stryker Medical, Toshiba,
United Technologies and Woodward as its clients.
Kaney Aerospace CEO Jeffrey Kaney revealed, “This
acquisition is in perfect alignment with our growth strategy of expanding our
customer base and market presence with established product lines and proven
manufacturing excellence. Our goal is to continuously provide world class value
to our customers and our team.”
Kaney Aerospace has its head office in Rockford ever since
2006, with added functions in the states of Ohio and Washington, along with in
the United Kingdom. BVR Technologies, also centered in Rockford, is renowned
for its actuation as well as motion control products. BVR conceives and produce
gear trains, sensors, and electronic packages for its actuators and servos, along
with the SVO-5000 autopilot actuator that is a constituent of Rockwell Collins’
Pro Line Fusion* combined avionics system.
