CMTL Assessing Primary Linux Based Intel® Server Board
ANAHEIM, Calif., June 22: CMTL, (www.cmtlabs.com, (Computer
Memory Test Labs)), has revealed that that it has started memory compatibility
testing on Intel's Linux OS based server board, the S7200AP (Adam Pass). The
board is intended for HPC workload settings necessitating equivalent computing controlling
presentation. Up to 72 cores for discretionary sustenance and 100Gb/s node
interconnect. Six niches for DDR4, 2400Mhz registered ECC DIMMS to attain a capability
of 384G.
CMTL President, John Deters specified, "S7200AP server
board represents a significant departure from the standard Microsoft based
server platforms CMTL has been receiving for the last 20 years. I believe the
product addresses market segments such as server farms that want optimum
performance with low overhead and of course reduced fees for the OS. Will be
interesting to how well the platform is received."
