Zip To Collaborate With Culligan

LONDON, July 4: Top provider of instant drinking water appliances, Zip Industries, an Australian enterprise with a key existence in the UK market, revealed that it will collaborate with Culligan International. Culligan has entered into a contract to obtain 100% of Zip for an unrevealed sum. The contract is anticipated to conclude in August 2017.

Zip has been producing and promoting Australian-conceived instant boiling water appliances as well as filtered drinking water systems ever since 1947, and commenced functioning in the UK in 1991. The enterprise is concentrated on the distribution of instant, boiling, chilled and glistening drinking water devices in an ecologically responsive way.
